RN, BSN, MS
My name is Nicole Ansaarie. I was born and raised in Wisconsin where I attended the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee and received a bachelor’s of Science in kinesiology, which started my lifelong passion for patient care. Upon graduation, I accepted a position as an exercise physiologist at St Luke’s Medical Center Milwaukee working in both inpatient and outpatient cardiac rehabilitation, as well as stress lab and echocardiology. As an exercise physiologist my passion for educating patients on healthy lifestyle and helping people truly blossomed into a love for cardiology, and a quest to further my education. While working at St Luke’s Medical Center, I earned a Master’s Degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis on Health Psychology and Sociology. Shortly after obtaining my Master’s Degree, I took a position in the cardiac catherization lab as a tech doing weekend program, and started pursuing a degree in Nursing.
It was during my time in Cath Lab that I met my now husband during his last year of fellowship training and we moved to South Bend, IN. It was at Indiana University that I completed my Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing and began working on a cardiac pre/post Cath Lab/Interventional Radiology Unit as a Registered Nurse.
Four years ago our family relocated to Florida, and just two years ago my husband started his life long journey into independent practice, and Ansaarie Cardiac & Endovascular Center of Excellence was born. Cumulation of events led to me taking on the role of Practice Manager and supporting his dream in any way I could.
When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my two young daughters (Zohra & Ayana) and my husband. I am an avid runner, enjoy taking exercise classes, hiking, water sports, going to the beach, and traveling with my family.

Certified Medical Assistant
My name is Amber Hightower. I was born in Orange Park Florida and moved to Palatka my sixth- grade year and have been here since. I love the feeling of this small town and it’s a good feeling to know someone wherever you go. It was during my high school years that I took a health care course where I had the opportunity to shadow at a hospital and a nursing home, that I found my love for the medical field and patient care. After graduating high school I took classes at the local junior college, and it was during this time that I took a break from schooling and became a mom. For the next 6 years, I was fortunate to be able to be a stay at home mom for my daughter Baylee. After Baylee finished kindergarten I decided it was time to go back to school and pursue a career in the medical field once again. I attended Fortis College in Orange Park for the Medical Assistant program, and while in my externship had the opportunity to be placed at Dr. Ansaarie’s office. After working with Dr. Ansaarie and seeing the love he has for his patients, I accepted a full time position with Ansaarie Cardiac & Endovascular as a certified Medical Assistant.
My name is Faye Walters. I have been working in the medical field for about 30 years. I started my career in the medical field as a Certified Nurse Assistant in the Operating Room as an instrument technician. After working as a Certified Nursing Assistant my journey took me into the medical office setting where I have worked as a scheduling coordinator, as well as an insurance authorization specialist, which is what my current position is at Ansaarie Cardiac & Endovascular. I find the medical field a very interesting area to explore and truly enjoy helping people. When I am not working I find joy in caring for my family and going on nature hikes as a way to clear my mind.
